The only real downside of this hotel is the height of the shower in the bath, it looked newish, thou was just above my head, so couldn’t really rinse what’s left of my hair without catching the head !

Very comfortable

We were stuck in Hereford during a storm, so it was fortunate that they had rooms. We felt it was a bit overpriced, but enjoyed the overall decor and amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable. Could use a few updates, like key cards and coffee machines.
