The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The cost of the stay is a great value considering the location and service. We would certainly stay here again when we visit this great city."

"Received an upgrade to a King Executive Suite with Balcony, lovely room, unfortunately noise from a vent was bothersome on the 12th floor. Bed was so comfortable, the best I've had ever, especially after travelling half the day and only intrastate after a cancelled flight. There's also a top sheet which we like. "Lovely hotel beautifully situated across the street from fabulous Coogee beach. Everything about our stay was wonderful, right from check in to check out Appreciate the bathrobe and slippers. Got a late check out and then enjoyed the area and the hotel pool until our flight time. I'll return here whenever I visit Australia. "
