"Easy to access the property, rooms were clean. Note that the television is FTA only and does not have wifi. Easy check in/out, would have liked a little box to drop the key into & some info on the flyer in the envelope with keys about eaely checkout though."

I even left items there by accident which they kept hold of while I was on my cruise and had ready for me to colelct when i returned which I was very grateful! Travis and the team were great to deal with and wouldn't mind staying there again "

"Nice spacious 1 bedroom appartment with small balacony. Bed large and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Appartment very clean. Great location. Few minor issues: 1. Safe could not be closed and staff said it needed to be replaced. 2. No remote control for air conditioner in bedroom. Requested a replacement but no action for 3 days. Once requested again, it was quickly provided. Would definitely stay in APX Darling Harbour again."

"Arrived mid morning on 29th March, well before check in time, to request if we could leave our bags with reception until we were able to check in. To my surprise the reception manager went to see if there was a room available, which there was, and allowed us to check in early and leave our bags in the room. This was exceptional service which we very much appreciated"

Rooftop bar is pretty spectacular, and shows off the terrific location. The room was super clean and well designed, great bathroom, great view out to the beach.
