"We love this hotel and stay every time we visit York if possible. We have tried several others and none quite meet the standard of the Malmaison. We always book the Club Deluxe rooms as they are very spacious, with separate sitting area and huge bathrooms with separate bath and shower, and little touches like Ferrero Rocher, water and Nespresso in the rooms. The location is great and the staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. Also to note, the cocktails are outstanding!"

"We had a nice stay. We had a family room which was spacious altho a bit dated. We were also situated next door to a family with babies who were awake during the night so our sleep was interrupted which was frustrating. The beds were also very soft.
