"2 adults and 3 young kids so finding a hotel that accommodates all in one room is difficult but I found this little gem. We had a room with one double bed and 3 single beds. Beds really comfortable, room very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge with bottles of water provided. Plenty of clean towels and small bottles of showergel etc. Only a few minutes walk from the city walls. Great place to stay for the price. Staff were really friendly and helpful. "The staff is friendly and helpful. The property and the room is neat and tidy. The communal kitchen is well maintained. However, at the entrance of the carpark, there is bad smell like wee-wee. There might be leakage of the sewage pipes."

"The property offered good value for money, was 5 minutes walk from the Minster and city centre. Parking was free outside the place and the staff were attentive and polite. The carpet in our room had a few coffee stains by each bedside table, the bed was very comfy though and the room was quiet. We would definitely book to come again. The dining room could benefit from some music at breakfast time to break the silence. And maybe some plug-ins to freshen up the hallway. Apart from that, it was...
