"I really liked that the location was close to time square. the subway was few blocks down. The hotel looks nice and the front desk was very helpful. The only downside was the elevator. We were on the 12th floor and even thought there were more elevators only one was operating and it was always full. Maybe during the busy season they open the other elevators."
