"We booked for more than a month. Initially try to book directly but when called unanswered then we decided to use EXPEDIA. Then again try to call the resort just to reassure our booking got through. Again nobody picks up the call. WhatsApp messages were late response and information was not completed as needed. "This hotel is very conveniently located in the city center. It close to the waterfront, Gaya street Friday and Saturday night and Sunday markets, convenient stores, laundry, and restaurants. The rooms are clean, and the staff is just awesome! The staff is very responsive, gave great city, food, and travel recommendations, and were accommodating. For the price, location, and friendliness of the staff, you cant go wrong staying here!"

"Very helpful and responsive staff. Anything you need and if they can help, they'll help immediately. Neighbourhood a bit dodgy in the night but it's safe and quiet inside. They have hbo go so you can watch your favourite movies. Nice that they have powerbank you can use when you go out. Rooms are very small but cosy. Shower is see thru from the little room. "

"The owner and his wife managed very well for everything. It is fully equipments in common area ,tidy and clean room and so worth for the room rate. He can be a traveller ambassdor in Maylaysia. He shows us the specical features, animals, birds,plants ,..... from his expert travel experience within the Nationals Park. The garden was growing different kinds of the tropical plants. I and my husband enjoyed talking with him and get to know deeply the Malaysia cultural. "
