"Very good value for money. Staff is very kind and helpful. The location is quite strategic, being located walking distance from Westminster and with the Lambeth North underground station 3 minutes away, in few stops you can be in any hot spot you like. I definitely would consider it again for future visits."

"Great location. Charing Cross Station right Nextdoor and Embankment underground is right around the corner. It is also a fairly short walk to SoHo, Piccadilly, Westminster and Coventry Garden. Loved the hotel itself. Great buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Very clean and spacious room, and the overall hotel facilities are quite satisfactory. Well maintained building, very courteous staff. However, the air conditioning had a mind of its own—fluctuating between too warm and too cold with not much control. The bedroom could also use better lighting. Otherwise, the location is excellent—right across from a metro station and just a 15-minute walk to the London Eye, Westminster Bridge, and fine dining."
