"I decided to try this instead of a conventional hotel room.The fully equipped kitchen meant I was able to cook for myself, so I could eat what I wanted.The apartment was very comfortable, especially the bed. "Chosen for my daughter’s graduation at the University Of Birmingham and for the onsite restaurant to celebrate afterwards. -Main issue is parking. I have 2 elderly parents who both have a blue badge but parking is abysmal and we struggled with that. -Only 1 lift was working which was an issue (1mobility scooter etc), so we had to wait long times to navigate floors as walking not an option. -No heating in hotel. Not a problem for us but my parents found it cold despite being given portable...
