"Photos on the site do not adequately represent the average experience. Photos are of higher ranked rooms, not of standard, despite being logged as standard. Price was not worth the level of room provided when compared to competitors. Range of TV was also not great - unablw to properly cast die to Accor system and not a full range of freeview channels available. Power from the sockets was also not sufficient either as charging would take ages for even just one phone. Staff were lovely, room was...

Great venue and hotel

"Great service. Very good location for the Bullring and centre of Birmingham with a wide variety of restaurants close by. I booked this for a meeting and the events service was brilliant. Brakfast and lunch were nice and full refreshments provided throughout the day. Would book here again."
