Plenty of information leaflets of what's around and what amenities are withig the hotel and where. Dining options, booking advised. We booked breakfast which was a full English style buffet, pastries, fruit, yogurts, coffees, teas, juices etc etc. well worth it. "Lovely warm cosy room on a freezing night. Dinner was a bit chaotic. There were two very very noisy large tables of men, one of which had apparently been the since lunch. They were shouting non stop. The staff moved our (well behaved) table of seven to a quieter spot as nobody could hear themselves speak. The staff were very helpful and I felt a bit sorry for them having to deal with such uncivilised behaviour. Unfortunately the kitchen also had its problems as we had to wait well over an hour...
