"Really lovely bed and breakfast host was super helpful and handed us water on arrival. Rooms dated in placesbbut well decorated and super clean Beds comfy a bit noisy when other guests arrived but just squeaky floors rather than loud guests. Bath was broken kids were gutted but would definitely recommend it and we will come back again."

"Lovely old building, exactly as described. Really friendly knowledgeable host. 20 minute scenic walk to town and frequent busses right outside the building. I would happily stay again and recommend. Nothing to grumble about. "

"The Bath House is the perfect location for Bath City Centre. The room was nicely decorated and the cleanliness was at a high standard. A freshly cooked tasty breakfast was provided in the morning with lots of options, including vegetarian. The owners were pleasant and helpful. An additional bonus was that they also have parking. "

"Ideal stay when attending a function at Grittleton house as only a few mins walk. Room was clean however was very cold (we did stay in December). Breakfast was good but no veggie option for my wife and I did not like the cats walking around the dining room and at times sat on my lap and walked across the table."

"Great location, amazing to be staying on great pulteney street. Staff were all lovely, and breakfast was good. Only factor to note is it was quite cold in our room in the afternoon and morning, the heating didn't seem to be on, and there was no way of increasing how warm our room was. That being said, if you're planning to be out all day this wouldn't be an issue. "

"Stayed in the balcony room, was absolutely fantastic, so spacious and comfortable, had a mini kitchen with microwave and all equipment you could need for a short stay. Excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking available outside, approx £4 for 2 hours, but from 6pm - 8am it is free, we got up at 8am to put a ticket on just in time before the Traffic Warden arrived so be aware of this. Only issue we had was that you are unable to control the heating in any way. Room was cold...
