"Shortly after arriving, we noticed air conditioning was not working in our room. Staff came up to have a look and verified the issue. Hotel agreed to give us new room next day. Luckily, it was the weather cool that night in London (April 2025). Next day, we had our new room. A little inconvenient, but staff responded quickly. Had new room next day with good A/C."

The selection of food was great, but very busy and only one coffee machine working, caused big queues for coffee. "It was a good stay. very clean, I was allowed to check-in early after contacting them with my itinerary before hand. breakfast was delicious with a good assortment. It would be nice to have bigger glasses for the drinks though. checkout was quick and easy. It is so conveniently close to Heathrow terminal 4. No getting stuck in traffic or leaving hours earlier for me. I loved that!. I'd definitely stay here again if I need a hotel."
