"Positives: Really nice living area, big TV, pool table (we didn’t use), well equipped kitchen, really nice bathroom, my bed was comfy, neighbourhood felt safe, good communication from owner/manager(?). Issues: Some beds were less comfy - dodgy springs, very creaky, only provided with one very small toilet roll (between 5 of us!), we couldn’t get the hot water to work but didn’t really have time to try and sort it out so just had cold showers, pillows could do with replacement - one was really...

"We stayed for Two night's, it was lovely, the hotel is lovely and clean, friendly staff, and a lovely English breakfast. It is very convenient for the tube and buses, We will definitely be coming back to this hotel hopefully very soon"
