"Beautiful surroundings, able to walk freely enjoying the scenery. The property itself was lovely apart from a few mishaps inside the room for staff to consider. Part of the panelling that separated the dining area and living room space was a constant trip hazard, this was extremely dangerous, also the living room radiator was continually on making staying in the room extremely uncomfortable with to much heat. Apart from that the living quarters were good."

"There was only one problem the phone in the room was ringing at 12 midnight , the next day it was half one in the night then six o'clock in the morning and seven the same day when we pick it up there was no answer.they said it was a fault but they had problems before but didn't tell us."

"Hotel is in a very good location. An old manor house. The inside of the premises looked like it was refurbished but the outside is in need of TLC & a very good clean. The grounds are lovely. Our bedroom was good apart from tea cups that were not washed. Over all a very nice stay. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Dinner was good too. Excellent staff with very good customer service. We will visit again if in the area. "
