This hotel is always consistently 12 out of 10 ! Beds and pillow / rooms are excellent, so comfortable and quiet. Staff are so friendly and professional. Food is absoloutely delicious, every single mouthful. Spa is devine, kept so clean and everything always working, quite luxurious to spend time in this beautiful place, the walks are stunning.

This hotel is worth ten stars, the staff are so professional and friendly, food is amazing, spa is upkept to perfection standards and extremely relaxing, all set in the the most beautiful surroundings. My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, especially Daniel. The food was delicious, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The swimming pool and spa was a bonus. I wish we had booked for more nights. We will definitely be coming back for sure!

This hotel was highly rated as the best in UK… unfortunately it did not live up to this expectation. The facilities are run down; it has a nice pool that was probably amazing in its day. The breakfast was good; better than the Michelin star dinner! Our experience may have been tainted because we had just stayed at Heckfield place which was so much better! The grounds and the main house is quite beautiful. We would have loved to do some horse riding but the weather wasn’t permitting.
