"Love the convenience of the “tunnel” you could get anything down there without having to go outside. The tunnel should be advertised more and perhaps a map locating what you offer below. The pathway to the Roger’s Center is also wonderful! "

"I really love the rooms that have a kitchenette, w/d and the balcony. I always reserve those particular rooms when I come to the city. Could use a bit more attention to detail about cleaning, especially the balcony doors and glass railings. Other than that it is my favorite place to stay."
