The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty when we arrived, and the soap holder kept falling off the wall. "The hotel was great and super close to the airport. We would have walked to airport for our flight but I had a broken foot. Saying that the only complaint we had about the airport was the shuttle service to airport. The driver didn’t say one word or ask what part of the airport anyone was going to ( which we had stated when we booked the shuttle at check in). he just dropped us off at the international terminal. Which we needed domestic so had to walk to the other terminal. Also there were...

"Friendly staff. Rooms a spacious: double bed in large room with desk, side alcove with kitchenette (fridge, tea/coffee) & wardrobe, plus bathroom. Great views of the CBD from the north side. Close to Albert Park, St Kilda (by tram, stop a short walk away), walking distance to Prahran (bars, etc.)"

"We enjoyed our stay but checkin was slow and then the door to our room would not open with card. Needed to get housekeeping up twice to get access - problem with lock. It took a while and we were in a hurry."
