"The hotel was clean comfortable and felt safe. And not sure if anyone else will understand this but a lot of the hotels I have been to have a weird smell so I carry travel candles but not this one. Staff was polite and helpful housekeeping was great always left towels and it was nice to return to freshly made beds "

"Enjoyed my stay here. It was a short distance from where we needed to be for our visit. Only down side was they seemed short staffed. I know it’s not their fault. But having to leave my room with a toddler to get extra towels or anything else was a hassle from the second floor"

"The location was convenient due to the reason for our stay. We felt safe. The staff was friendly and greeted us each time we came in contact with them. Our room was clean and the temperature that we set for the room was perfect without any issues. The parking was well lit as well. "

"Great location! A lot close to us. Great service! The hot tube actually worked and was our favorite. The pool was freezing but our 9 year old still swam. All was good except our tv did not work. They looked at it and offered to move us to a different room but when you’re already settled it’s hard to move all your stuff and get resettled. Maybe placing different tv in the room would have been a better solution. Overall great stay. Would stay there again. "

"Registration was not the best experience. The front desk woman was on a personal call when I arrived and was not happy she had to help me. The whole registration process was rushed and she kept telling me not to worry about that and to initial and sign. Afterwards I parked and returned with my family and dogs. As I entered she asked me if my dogs were planning to sleep in the room, I said of course! She next stated I would have to pay as she didn’t charge me. Again she rushed through the...
