"We really liked our stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was great. Mon- Weds. Food and drinks a fabulous amenity. Free breakfast with gourmet muffins even. Parking easy. The only issue that kept me from giving resort was housekeeping division. Most days they did not clean or do up our room until 4 or later. Half the days they never showed. No problem xalling fown for towels. It was irritating to be told, even after us asking for early room cleaning. That they do check outs...

"Great location! A lot close to us. Great service! The hot tube actually worked and was our favorite. The pool was freezing but our 9 year old still swam. All was good except our tv did not work. They looked at it and offered to move us to a different room but when you’re already settled it’s hard to move all your stuff and get resettled. Maybe placing different tv in the room would have been a better solution. Overall great stay. Would stay there again. "

"The area around the motel is not great. It's not bad, but it can be a little concerning. The motel has no control over this and to their credit, their property is clean, well maintained and very nice. The room was large, clean, very well maintained and excellent place to sleep at night."

"Registration was not the best experience. The front desk woman was on a personal call when I arrived and was not happy she had to help me. The whole registration process was rushed and she kept telling me not to worry about that and to initial and sign. Afterwards I parked and returned with my family and dogs. As I entered she asked me if my dogs were planning to sleep in the room, I said of course! She next stated I would have to pay as she didn’t charge me. Again she rushed through the...
