Scores were reduced as not disability friendly. All rooms are accessed by some stairs, albeit for some no more than 6 and no lift. "Sturdy room and bed. Clean conditions. Good water supply in shower. No problems at check-in. Wifi was not free. A popup window asked for debit/credit card payment details. I'd rather walk to McDonald's and use free wifi there (without risking my card security). Please install electrical power sockets on the wall beside the bed. It was difficult to operate an alarm clock and phone on the bedside table (needing a long extension cord across the room). "
