"I loved Sin Nombre, it was safe, quiet, clean, modern and the staff there was extremely kind and attentive. Right across the street was a Bistro that served hot food and if you wanted you could order and they would bring it straight to your villa. The villa's were amazing!! Just as the pictures showed. "When we booked this room, we had the choice between a double or a twin room. On arriving, we were advised that the room choice we chose only comes in twin (despite the website giving us an option for double). We had to pay to upgrade- which the hotel offered at a discount rate. Despite this initial issue, our stay was perfect. "The rooms are clean and spacious enough - the floor was super slippery in the bedroom but not a major problem for us once aware. The property was very quiet and the garden pools area really nice, perfect to relax. We didn't try the food as we were meeting friends out etc. and the restaurant didn't seem open. The area is not the busiest which is nice but also not a lot within walking distance - small convenience store, a tiny cafe (Umalas Brew, good coffee) if you need and one spa/restaurant...

"Expedia booking showed free breakfast and reception desk agreed. However, I was later told I had to pay for breakfasts. I was given mouldy towels and linen. When housekeeping changed them, reception told me I had to pay for cleaning of mouldy towels and linen."

"Miscommunication. Relied on their website post. The lady when we checked in didn’t informed me of extra charges regarding the breakfast that will be served in the pool. Told them about the broken bathroom door. He said it will be fixed but it was never fixed. Bathroom is not cleaned properly."

"Love this place!!! Staying in villa across the road but I ran out of electricity. My fault. Not the time to explain. But did need to book a Villa so I could charge my phone. Had a shower there too. Lovely space. Will tell my friends. Either way, lovely reception, loved the place. Didn’t see the pool because I’m in my villa pool now - with power and lights. Amazing. Thank you 5 ⭐️"

"The hotel is outdated, the kitchen not equipped with plates or enough glasses, a bit far from the beach, although they had on their website stated that they have a shuttle to the beach, that is not true. Also any dining option require transportation. However the staff is very friendly and accommodating, "

"The staff is nice and the hotel rooms are pretty spacious with all the essentials provided. Yet there's not much point in that because hot water kept quitting. First, they had a water heater issue for 2 days and cold water came out of both taps. Then they fixed it for a day and then the water stopped entirely. Very poor maintenance of the property. "We had such a lovely stay with Imani Villas. Ketut and the team were so lovely and accomodating. The location was great with lots of yummy food options nearby. The house is not as new as others we have stayed at but at half the cost, it’s above what we expected and the staff were so lovely and beautiful we really enjoyed our stay and will be back. "
