"The staff are lovely, really accommodating and will help in any way they can. It is a beautiful set up, although could do with a bit of renovation. The outdoor bath is a lovely idea but we didn’t use it because it was too old and dirty. The area is very busy and like most busy areas in Bali, pretty dirty and noisy. "Loved the pool and the hi fi sound system with an aux cable to plug in your phone. The water cooler was particularly useful as well. The shower wasn't that great and the toilet could use some work. The kitchen would flood from loose plumbing under the sink."

"Property did not look like the pictures. AC doesn’t work in a place that was 90 degrees and humid, phone didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, sheets smelled. Pretty much was forced to pay the cancellation because we were on a tight schedule and didn’t want to argue with the manager that barely spoke English over the phone."

"I booked for 3 nights and left after first night. No way I was going to suffer through 2 more nights. I rather lose my 2 nights paid room than stay at this villa any longer. The condition of the villa was in poor condition. Lizard excrement everywhere, urine smell coming from the shower area, aircon not working properly, sliding door was broken, the grass by the pool was muddy, the sofa chair cushions were stained. Bathroom mirror was all mouldy and stained. And there was no power on first...
