"nice hotel and staff. i had to go to the airport very early morning and they got a taxi for me. the property is just five minutes away from the airport and about fifteen from the city center."

"We were treated like VIP guests by Joe or Jorge and front desk staff. They made our visit to Cartagena fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant offers great breakfast and menus. We took a sunset cruise and a City tour and we enjoyed it even though there was some hiccups to find out tour groups. "

"Great place to stay within the walled city (centro historico) in Cartagena. The staff was very nice and accomodatng. The only thing is that it can get loud at night if you are staying in the rooms looking at the street. "

"The entire staff is very helpful and accommodating! Very clean room everyday. The pool area is super cozy and inviting! Right across the street from the airport so you won't need a taxi Lol. My only complaint would be the water pressure in the toilet is not very strong. "

"Excellent service! Front desk staff were very helpfull in giving us information. Dylan & Arleidys are the best. Great breakfast. Beautiful view from the rooftop. Everyone were very nice. They also have transport from and to the airport. Restaurants and clubs in walking distance. Clean rooms!! "

"This place wasn’t 5 star living but I would definitely stay here again based off value. Pizza spot in the lobby was absolutely amazing. Probably some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Only thing is it’s a hostel so you need to take a shower sooner than later to still have hot water. "
