"Fifth time staying at the Coldra Court and finally recognised as a Gold member with a room upgrade. McKenzie on reception was superb - upgraded me, welcome gift and ensured a robe was in my room. Hotel is immaculately clean and room has very tasteful interior design with muted tones. Elemis toiletries are wonderful. Leisure facilities great, if a little old. Pool nice and clean. Adult only times should be extended. Breakfast was ok but fried food very greasy. Location not ideal on a business...

"The Washington is a moderate sized hotel in an excellent location. The room was small but had everything that was needed, and was nicely presented. The onsite Parking is excellent, as parking in this part of Bristol is impossibly difficult. Staff were super helpful allowing me to access the car park some hours before check-in. A huge benefit. Amazingly comfortable bed! Great bathroom!
"The night staff was very friendly and had been made aware of our very late arrival so at least the communication and note taking works. The room was lovely, an amazing large and very comfortable bed. The shower was decent and the bathroom was lovely and modern. Only niggle was just one cup left in the room when the booking was for 2 people so we had to go request another cup. You only get one pillow each so if you need more, again you need to ask staff as there isn’t extras in the room. Overall, a great stop off for one night and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. "
