"I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"Much nicer than the photos! Beautifully clean and cozy! Very well equipped, everything and more than you would need, washer with dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Comfy beds, beautiful linens, plenty of thick towels, nice tiled bathroom. One of the nicest cottages we’ve ever rented. They even put up a little Xmas tree for us! "

"This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails."

"Fantastic character property! Comfortable warm and cosy, with good furniture and nicely decorated . We found it and very well equipped with some nice addition touches and welcome gift. "Had a great time at this awesome barn conversion. Liz and John were amazing hosts. Went to Cardiff on the 1st day, Western super mare and Clevedon the 2nd and highly reccommend these to. The suspension bridge is a must to visit, as is the shopping centre in Bristol. Liz and John have created an amazing place to stay with their home from home barn conversion. We highly recommend it as VRBO hosts ouselves 10/10 Hope to see you guys again sometime. Ian Caz and mum Dianne."

"Absolutely stunning location. Don't have to drive any where to walk the dogs, so many walks just on the doorstep. Kitchen is very well equipped. Bathroom has the best shower ever experienced. The back garden is very dog friendly, even our jack Russell puppy couldn't escape. Though our dog's presence kept setting off the owner's dog's ( they live adjacent to the property) so was a bit worried we were disturbing them when their dog's heard us walking around, which would get their dog's barking....

"This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by.
