"We were visiting from the US and wanted one central location everyone could stay as we have an extended UK family from multiple locations.. This was an ideal location and the many rooms/bed options made it easy to accommodate everyone. Close to local shops and pubs made it easy to grab essentials and plan meals out. "Fantastic stay, the house was perfect and stunning scenery right on the doorstep (albeit the fog tried to ruin it). Our first Christmas at a neutral location, took some planning but it worked out very well, the kitchen was great with all the equipment you could need. Loved the Aga too. "Beautiful kitchen with woodburner, great for when dogs got wet. Amazing lounge with panoramic views over the valley, also with woodburner. Two beautiful bedrooms with large comfy beds. The Retreat is really lovely, even better than photographs!"

"This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. The apartments are good sized, and I really appreciate the kitchen and living room spaces that are well-appointed. The staff are incredibly helpful too. There are so many "pros" about the property. My only "con" is that the place needs a bit of a refresh and it starting...
