"Overall excellent two night stay. Check in was quick and easy with a pleasant welcome. Room was spacious with huge 7ft bed and great facilities including a nespresso coffee machine. Even though the room overlooked the main road it wasn't an issue at all with hardly any traffic through the night. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and had breakfast both mornings and food, drink and service were all excellent, plus the restaurant itself is a lovely environmemt. Won our group over with the heated towel warmers. Absolutely adorable room. Beds were so comfortable. Price and location right in the middle of all sorts of stores, cafes, etc was unbeatable. "

"The hotel is really nice, but the people working there are AMAZING. The two girls at the reception were so lovely and helpful (I think one was called Kelsey, sorry! I’m terrible with names). Check in and check out on point and when we asked for some towels we got them in minutes. I recommend this place without any doubt. "

"Clean and tidy. Heating was playing up but we had extra heaters in our room and were perfectly cosy. The bathroom had a couple of minor faults and we had particularly loud neighbours but all in all pleasant experience. Food good and service excellent.. "
