"I use it to stay weekly for my job. The staff are always smiling and welcoming. Quick to check in and easy leave your key check out in the morning I like having the same room each week (not telling you which one 😉) which they accomodate. Decent services with Fast Food and M&S options and coffee etc. Facilities in my room are great and always a comfortable stay. I do use earplugs as it's by a Motorway but just info for staying and not a criticism "

I’ve stayed at three different locations now, and the best bits are: amazing waterfall shower, spacious and very clean, as well as a very comfortable bed, not worn and lots of pillows. "The hotel was reasonable but not outstanding - the room was smaller than expected and it was disappointing that security had parked in the disabled bay which I could have done with using as a blue badge holder. The staff were however friendly and accommodating. The rooms were not as quiet as I would have liked and I was woken twice in the night once by a door being opened and once from snoring and the toilet being used by the room next door. The room would benefit from a desk and chair and free WiFi for the duration of the stay not just 8 hours a day. I would return for pleasure I would not return for business. "

"The rooms were very nice, the staff were extremely accommodating, going out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was ok. The breakfast room is nice but there were some issues with replenishment of items in busy times. On check out there were some confusions about what had already been paid for via Expedia. It took a little while to sort out. "
