"Great hotel but like most hotels nowadays they want to charge you extra for parking this is not acceptable when your staying at there hotel "

"The reception area of the hotel is light and airy and very welcoming. We found our room quite easily and it was both comfortable and quiet. The leisure pool was a bonus although it isn’t very big so swimming lengths wasn’t particularly easy. Dinner was nice but it is quite difficult to get 3 courses for the £32 allowance. We just chose two. Breakfast was no more than ok. The coffee was terrible and hot food was lukewarm at best. However, there was a good choice of cereal and fruit and the freshly made porridge was very nice. "

"This is perfectly located for a business trip because my head office is based just on the opposite side of the train tracks which lie near to the hotel but the hotel is clean safe well equipped and very quiet"

"We stayed at the hotel to visit my brother who was seriously Ill. we needed to extend our stay as he suddenly died your staff were extremely helpful and assisted us in every way they could thank you"

"Bathroom was dusty on arrival, but aside from that can’t fault it. Don’t think I saw a member of staff between Check in and check out so can’t comment on service "

"Great place to stay unfortunately room 40 could do with improvement in the sink & bath, bath overflow had water running out of it and the sink plug hole didn't look very nice either other than that it was ok "
