"Chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and NEC. It was ideal. Room comfortable, clean + quiet. Availed of evening meal. Menu was limited, as expected, but had a varied selection. Food served was hot and tasty. Staff members were welcoming and attentive. It's a good budget hotel. "

"This was a very good 2 nights stay. Room very comfortable and well equipped. Location perfect for centre and Metro. The included breakfast was of good standard and even though it was very busy, the staff were amazing at trying to clear tables quickly but not putting pressure on guests. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor problem we had was with the access keys but the staff dealt with that efficiently and apologetically."

"Perfect for a night out or concert in Birmingham. The room was very small so a longer stay would be rough. Right in the centre so perfect for symphony hall, O2 academy, bullring, and the theaters. Clean and the receptionist was friendly and efficient. A couple of nice bars and resteraunts across the road. "

"We had a warm welcome and breakfast was great. We stayed in a family room - queen and double sofa bed. Whilst this was fine for our kids (8 and 11) to share, you might find it a squeeze for older children. Not a criticism just something to bear in mind! "
