"I had a good experience from start to finish. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The general manager and his team offered a exceptional service. However my room was cold and the mattress was uncomfortable. The hotel’s facilities were average. "Stayed here a few times. It's an affordable, dog-friendly hotel in a fairly quiet area. Bed was comfy, room was clean. Staff are helpful, and the lift was working this time. The only minor annoyances about the room were that it was a tiny bit cold even with the lukewarm radiator fully on; and one of the old spotlight bulbs wasn't working so it was a bit dark (seems like a no-brainer to put LEDs in, unless people nick them or something). "Cute little pub. Rooms are simple and nice. Breakfast was lovely as well. Staff were all friendly and happy to help. Only downsides were: the bed was rock solid, and the walls were thin. Other than that, it's a nice hotel!"
