Our room was last serviced on 2nd floor so I returned at approximately 3-4 pm to unserviced room which I the vacated to have cleaned. I had been out all day. This on the 2 full days we stayed. Room was small but comfortable the bathroom excellent and very clean and tidy. It also appeared reasonably fresh and fittings new. "It's a "I loved it however" situation. The building is charming and old: also means the soundproofing is minimal. They have warned us about club noises before booking, but it's the extend that as an Asian it surprised me. I didn't mind because I'm hearing impaired, and I can feel the windows shaking from the club noise until around midnight. I slept well because again, I'm hearing poor so to me it's like sleeping on a train. I don't know how many others would feel this way. "

"Stayed there for four nights. Close to public transport and very easy to get into the CBD. Having a fully decked out communal Kitchenette and Laundry available was helpful. Not having an elevator was the only issue but we took our time using the stairs. Staff were very helpful. Will be staying there again. "
