"En las atenciones de los empleados todo super bien. Es un hotel que necesita mas cuidado en las piscinaa, en los cuartos los enchufes no servian los cambiaron y el teléfono no tenia todo. La comida es regular. En fin para lo mucho que se pago no violo la pena."

"Estuve en este hotel desde el 04/16-04/22/2025 Viaje con mi esposa y mi dos niños. Estuve en turquesa donde en mi llegada mi recibieron con una gran alegría y amabilidad. Los maleteros me hicieron el día desde mi llegada hasta mi último día en este lindo resort. Angel, Domingo, ósea todos los maleteros son personas muy amables y ayudan mucho con el transporte etc. En el bar que está en el lobby principal todos son muy atentos y dan un servicios fuera de serie. El Buffet, hay ya es clase...

"During my stay at the hotel, there were a few cons but overall great. One of the issues we had during our stay was getting our shower to work, as it would keep turning on and off for us (I believe because other people were trying to use the water as well). Although half of our week stay, we didn’t have too much of a problem with it. The hotel is right next to the beach, it takes about 2 minutes to get there which is amazing. They also have mini markets, touristy stores, and many restaurants...

"The place was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room for our 3 adults 4 kids family (the 3 bedroom option). The view from the balcony was spectacular. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of stores right by the apt. Our kids also loved the private balcony pool. Just know that you will have to pay for your electricity usage. Comes out of your deposit. Wasn’t bad though. Also Daniel was highly communicative and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. "
