"The grounds of this resort are stunning. Cleanliness, pools, beach, gym, buffet restaurant and overall service were incredible. The beach/ocean has to be the cleanest and best in Dominican. During the second half of the week the resort was at capacity (during QC and U.S. university/college spring break) and in no way felt congested. "We went to the room given to us and started to settle in but then noticed that the latch to lock the patio door did not work which we did not like. We went down and complained to the desk attendant and she very quickly and happily got us into a different room. So it was a hassle but with acceptable conclusion."
