"Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very well maintained. The room was spacious but could have done with a soft armchair - only 2 firm, upright chairs were available. The bathroom was a weird shape and needed a bit of manoeuvring to get around the door to the toilet! There is air conditioning but appeared to be no heating options, which could be an issue in the winter. The bed was quite hard, but they fitted a mattress topper on request, which was a significant improvement....

"Great hotel, mainly catering to LGBTQ+ travellers, but as they say, they are hetero friendly too. Breakfast is always excellent. A good sized pool with a jacuzzi on the side. Slightly let down by the hotel bar shutting at 18:00, but I guess it made sense with Yumbo just round the corner where all the nice bars are in Playa del Inglés. Would love to stay again."

"My room 1272 was a good size for solo use, it was a bit of a walk from reception but there’s clear steps/walkways. Some aspects a bit dated. Could not use balcony due to sharp palm tree leaves taking up 1/2 the space. Walk to the beach/shops was ok, around 15 minutes safe and quiet area. The walk back from the beach does have a small incline but most people with moderate fitness will cope. Would not have paid the full price but it was fairly priced for the ‘offer price’."

"On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. We went to our one bedroom duplex to check out our accommodation for the week, again we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and had everything you would need for the week. The pool area was kept clean with 2 lifeguards throughout the day. The pool was never busy nor the area around so plenty of sun beds.
