"This is primarily a gay hotel but all are welcome. That said, the large mural showing a line of buffed and handsome men in swimming trunks was not quite what we saw lying around the pool, but perhaps they come in the summer. The room we had was a nice size, with a lounge with kitchenette if you want to rustle up some food. "Lovely hotel, lots of nice pools and bars at a great price. Food was great. Me and my friend stayed half board and we got charged €2.90 for a draft soda in the canteen we thought was included with the meal which was the only annoying thing about the hotel. Also the bag room is not locked which I did not appreciate with our passports being in there etc. The rooms are great value for the money, the hotel was able to always het us taxis within minutes of asking which was helpful. "

"Great view, modern and spacious room and great pool area. Hotel overall was really nice and close to the beach and supermarket. You can easily walk along the beach promenade to Maspalomas. We traveled with our baby and the hotel is super family friendly as well. Would Come here again :) "

"Little if anything to fault, other than that the hotel requires an uplift, decor, furnishings etc. The staff are competent, hardworking,and courteous. The concierge staff always pleased to assist - in particular Santiago, who in my view epitomises the true and effective hospitality professional. We enjoyed our stay and whilst we visited the entertainment, the class act was the ambidextrous lady who was thrown out of a suitcase!!! "The apartments were basic but clean. The kitchen facilities consisted of a microwave, fridge and 2 ring hob. There was no kettle or teapot for anyone wanting a cup of tea, so back to the old-fashioned method of boiling water in a pan! No washing up liquid or dishcloths provided, but there's a well stocked small shop over the road.The bathroom was clean, good hot shower. Maid service 5 out of seven days. "Great value and nice clean apartment. Pool was nice, but too cold to swim in during December. The Pool Restaurant had good food at a decent price. Shower gel and shampoo is missing in the room! This should always be included and doesn't cost the hotel/resort much if they buy it in bulk. "
