"On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. "Had the all inclusive food was very fresh. I love chicken but this was rarely on offer - it was always pork. The snack bar had some healthy food which was good. Enjoyed that you poured your wine from a bottle and you could take bottle to your table at meal times. Big queues at breakfast for coffee machines. Place was very clean but rooms could be noisy and let lots of light in but we improvised with putting the bed sheet over the door. Also long queue at check in and whilst I had no issues...

"Went for a quiet and relaxing week of winter sun with my partner and the stay was perfect in all details. The villa was big and very comfortable. Breakfast is well served, great size heated pools. Hotel staff were friendly and kudos to the housekeeping, everything was so clean!! Highly recommend it"

"Little if anything to fault, other than that the hotel requires an uplift, decor, furnishings etc. The staff are competent, hardworking,and courteous. The concierge staff always pleased to assist - in particular Santiago, who in my view epitomises the true and effective hospitality professional. We enjoyed our stay and whilst we visited the entertainment, the class act was the ambidextrous lady who was thrown out of a suitcase!!!
