"Lovely hotel, clean, spacious, nice and quiet too with plenty of sunbeds and space around the pool. Easy walking distance from all local amenities e.g. beach, Yumbo, restaurants and a good supermarket. All staff seemed friendly and polite. Only issue was there was an alarm in a room near the sauna that started going off one evening, reported to their phone line but it carried on through the night until the morning, had to use ear plugs to drown it out, don’t think anybody came out to sort it...

"The hotel was very clean and tidy. The safe were all so polite and knowledgeable in their area of work. The food was plentiful and enjoyable. Only one criticism is that some of the food wasn't hot enough for my liking but if you ask staff they would warm it. I need a gluten free diet and the staff where so helpful. Fabulous idea to have an app so we could order what we wanted. So much to choose from. I would definitely return to the resort and recommend the hotel."

"A pleasant surprise. I didn’t know what to expect but it really impressed me. Great hotel for kids and families but also me (as a solo traveller) enjoyed it. Loved the help yourself element to the all inclusive. Means there weren’t any huge queues at the bar. Rooms were a very good size. The hot food for dinner could’ve had a bit more flavour and variety but that was one of a few downsides. I’d visit again in a heartbeat. "

"On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. We went to our one bedroom duplex to check out our accommodation for the week, again we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and had everything you would need for the week. "Had the all inclusive food was very fresh. I love chicken but this was rarely on offer - it was always pork. The snack bar had some healthy food which was good. Enjoyed that you poured your wine from a bottle and you could take bottle to your table at meal times. Big queues at breakfast for coffee machines. Place was very clean but rooms could be noisy and let lots of light in but we improvised with putting the bed sheet over the door. Also long queue at check in and whilst I had no issues...

"Here you get what you pay for. But still there could be done some small improvements thst whould lift the quality. Here you share a small appartment with other people that come and go and sometimes noice a lot and take your stuff in the fridge. And a lot of cochrages and other bugs. The cleaning could easy be much better. Nice people running the place, but I guess they have a little too much to do. But overall I got what I needed."
