"Little if anything to fault, other than that the hotel requires an uplift, decor, furnishings etc. The staff are competent, hardworking,and courteous. The concierge staff always pleased to assist - in particular Santiago, who in my view epitomises the true and effective hospitality professional. "Lovely hotel, lots of nice pools and bars at a great price. Food was great. Me and my friend stayed half board and we got charged €2.90 for a draft soda in the canteen we thought was included with the meal which was the only annoying thing about the hotel. Also the bag room is not locked which I did not appreciate with our passports being in there etc. The rooms are great value for the money, the hotel was able to always het us taxis within minutes of asking which was helpful. "

"The hotel was very clean and tidy. The safe were all so polite and knowledgeable in their area of work. The food was plentiful and enjoyable. Only one criticism is that some of the food wasn't hot enough for my liking but if you ask staff they would warm it. I need a gluten free diet and the staff where so helpful. Fabulous idea to have an app so we could order what we wanted. So much to choose from. I would definitely return to the resort and recommend the hotel."

"Lovely comfortable hotel, bright and clean rooms and friendly staff. Rooms are excellent, with nice touches for the deluxe rooms but a shame coffee and milk isn’t replenished. Location is slightly away from the centre of the resort but easily walkable to most attractions. Entertainment team are fun with lots of activities. Food at breakfast and dinner was very good for the most part but quality did vary day to day. Variety and choice was usually good and the staff are helpful. "
