However it was a box room, with the bed against the wall on one side and barely a foot on the other side to get in. The bed was very soft, therefore not that comfortable for me. "

No toilet brush was provided - not normally an issue if the bathroom is cleaned every day. It wasn’t. Bed wasn’t properly made - the duvet was just tucked in but sheets not straightened and floors not vacuumed.
