"Overall it was a good stay for our 14 day visit. My only plight was the condition of our first room had a missing window pane and resulted in a very cold room. The hotel would then change our room in less then 24 hours. After our room change we had a much greater room but lacked certain amenities like control of the heater weaker plumbing. It's in a great location mind you and great for anyone looking to experience the heart of liverpool and it's culture. Staff was great and very helpful....

"I stayed for 1 night whilst visiting Liverpool. I booked this hotel as I was travelling as a family with 2 teenagers and they had family rooms which had 2 separate bedrooms. The hotel is directly next to the train station so you do hear a lot of noise from the announcements. The hotel is very nice a little dated in some areas but clean and they did provide a lovely buffet breakfast. "Good all round place to stay. Lots of space, etc but the pillows were not good... all were rather hard. Anyway, everything else like the pool and amenities somehow outweigh this so i will stay there again."

"Nice room. Nice size. Wood rather when a Family Room is booked we could choose if there is an actual bed or sofa bed. A sofa bed is not appropriate for our teen son."
