"Location of the hotel was great. The room was sufficient for what we needed and the breakfast was great. The pool area on the other hand was not the best. It was dated and very dirty. If not using the pool though, I would recommend the hotel"

"Excellent service by the staff and the room is great for the price. In a great location to walk around Newcastle as well. My only one issue was there was some spiders in my room, most likely due to the bathroom not being super clean. I was only there for one night so didn't make a fuss. When checking we were given a twin room rather than the double we had booked - we queried this and we told it was overbooked and it's the tired parties fault.
