"Hotel was older but well kept and very nice. Located in down town area and a couple blocks from a major shopping area."

"The two bedroom apartment was ideal for our needs, well equipped and surprisingly roomy. Staff were lovely. Proximity to the edge of the free tram system on Elizabeth St was a big plus. Close to Queen Victoria Market too, and plenty of eateries. We'll book again next visit!"

"If you want a budget hotel that is clean quiet and close to Queen Victoria market, then this will suit you. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel as this is not it. For the money we paid this suited us so well. They texted me to ensure I knew how to check in and check in and out was seamless. The lady on the service desk was so lovely and helpful. Her customer service was amazing. We will stay again when we want to have a good night out in the city and want to stay rather than travel home late at night....

"The location of this hotel is essential whilst visiting this city. The staff went above and beyond what was expected of them. Whereas there may well be hotels with large lobby's, onsite restaurants or bar's this one knew what mattered when it came to customer service. I will definitely stay there again when i return to Australia "
