"The property is excellent and in a great spot for beach and dining / shops plus the light rail. My only gripe is the parking as usual poor developer design for the average vehicle size and made worse by owners installing storage that renders the parking useless and means have to park on the street which is 3 hour limit weekdays. The onsite manager did a great job of juggling things to try to find a spare spot."
