The lifts don’t recognise your cards to access your levels, so you end up with a group of commonly frustrated people waiting downstairs for a different life each time. There is no parking available at the hotel, you have to park in the public car park, or across the road and hope you don’t get a ticket. "Beds and dishes were not adequately cleaned not sure if the sheets were actually cleaned before we rented our cabin. Some dishes were not clean. Stayed for 3 nights and only provided with 2 bin bags and 2 dishwashing tablets. No oven which I didn’t realise when booking. Apart from that it was a great weekend away "

"I won’t recommend it to couples. The bed is not comfortable because there seems to be a valley in the middle and makes one rolled into it. It’s fragile. The air- conditioning was very weak. During the day the place was very hot! At night time, it was hot. The host for the place was very stern and was not friendly at all. The host informed us to leave the premises on our 5th day! We booked and paid for 14 days!! I am still waiting for higher authority’s decision for a possible refund for the...

"On September,I stayed 10 nights in Canungra Hotel . I was very pleased with the closeness of Canungra to Tamboribe, O'riellys, Binba burra, and Beechmont as well as the Gold coast. The hotel staff, particularly the house keeping staff are outstanding, and were willing to help in any ways..The hotel was quiet at night."
