"Lovely hotel. The lady at the check-in desk was friendly and professional. Overall, the cleanliness was good, only thing is, I found an orange stain on one of the towels in the bathroom when we got there. Great location, very central but still nice and quiet. The breakfast was nice. We would stay here again. "

"Very basic, no kettle in the room. Hotel was being refurbished so had to ‘go round the houses’ a little to get to the reception and also to the room. Otherwise a reasonable place for a business trip for a few days at a time, and perfectly placed for everything you could need in Liverpool."
