"Great location. Within easy walking distance to pretty much anything you'd like to see although also located within the free tram zone for public transport. Very quiet when inside the hotel despite being located so centrally. Affordable price with access to TV, kettle etc in room. Door to hotel is locked and requires keycard from 9pm for safety. Lots of food options nearby, including only next door! Only negative I can think of is that shower and toilet could have been a little bit cleaner "

"Front counter staff were friendly and accommodating if you needed anything. The rooms were clean very well set up. Housekeeping team were great. We didn’t need our room clean, but they assisted us with things that we need replenishing."

"We had a great stay but the shower doorway is tiny. Some children would struggle to fit through it. "
