"Hotel is well located between bus / train terminus and Chester city centre. It struggles with large influx of people at Sunday breakfast with queuing out the door at peak times. The 1 lift in the main hotel is also a. bottleneck at check in/ departure times. The TV in the bedroom was “elderly” and they deserve a revamp. Notwithstanding these observations we felt it was good value, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The gym facilities looked excellent."

"Stayed here for 1 night and can't complain about anything. It's in a great location if you're arriving by train to Lime Street station (can't review the car parking). It leaves a little to be desired from the outside, but the inside is modern and clean. The staff were more than happy to hold our luggage until we were able to check-in and after we had checked out.
