"The instructions were not clear. They don’t communicate properly. When we arrived at the property there is no key, one of the room is not yet ready, property smells of cigarette, dirty, linens were not changed still smells from the last guests. We were relocated to a different apartment which is the same and it was freezing cold and very dark. I called the host but they don’t pick up the call. Poor communication especially if the guests have children and coming from a long way. "

"The property was fine for the most part. Clean. The street it is on is a construction site at the moment and so it is really noisy from very early.
