I would only recommend this hotel or this chain of hotels if you are a single traveler. If there are 2 of you trying to stay here, it’s a bit squishy and crammed. I had to get out of here. "Overall a great stay with a value price. The room size is big, staffs are helpful and friendly. However, the cleaning service need to improve and the air conditioning need to turn on / service, as it was NOT WORKING and we were sweating all night during our stay in April! "

"Convenient location around the corner from Shibuya scramble crossing. Service staff were lovely. Drinking water coolers were available on our floor which was more convenient than single use plastic bottles. Rooms a bit small with limited space to have large suitcase open."

"It's a newer property. Rooms are quite small even for Tokyo standard. We paid extra for a bigger room. However you can't beat the area, hotel condition, and convenience."
